Many hearing impaired people have driver’s license. Because of their handicap it is hard for them to hear the alarm of rescue vehicles and the police. The same problem can be with persons listening to loud music in their cars. If a driver would not pay attention to an approaching ambulance or police vehicle, it can cause great hazard. The Blue Blinker located in the car interior would notify the driver of an approaching rescue vehicle.

The Blue Blinker is a device made up of two parts: a module on top of the car which distinguishes the alarm from other sounds, and a blue lamp in the vision range of the driver. The blinking of the lamp gets more frequent, as the alarm approaches.
