It became obvious that listening to music is also the favourite pastime among hearing impaired youth. They perceive music more like vibration, rather than sounds of music. The metaphor of a cat has been used due to the fact that many handicapped students called the purring of the cat their favourite music; it would be good to listen to the purring and cuddle the cat.

Drum and Cat is a peculiar device for listening to music: it extracts the most pleasing frequency and this can be tuned to purr the vibration.
